.

'm practicing gratitude this month as I prepare to celebrate my birthday in August

  • I'm on a flight to Ireland where I was upgraded to business first!  Yes...life is good
  • I'm grateful for the chance to travel.  I love it.
  • I'm grateful that my niece Sage is in my life.  She is amazing!
  • I love being a musician.  Everyday I am grateful for the gift of music
  • I love my ancient dog Pooh, frail and elderly, but full of love.  I'm grateful for the past 14 years with my dog.

  • I'm grateful that my Fitbit is helping me choose more activity
  • I'm grateful for my Aunties, magnificent and strong women
  • I'm grateful for my sister Terri, a wise and beautiful woman
  • I'm grateful for my brother Mike.  He reminds me of my beloved Grandpa, easy going and talented
