All is Right with My World
Words and Music by Sue K Riley

The sun is slowly setting on the water.
The bobwhite now begins her mournful cry,
While the boat tugs gently at her anchor,
The sea breeze sings the softest lullaby.

The waves slap at the seashore,
Washing over ever-sifting sand,
And I am quiet and reflective, deep water,
Sweet solace of my soul.

All is right with my world, I am safe in Your care
I’m enfolded in love, I reach out, You are there

Though the winds may blow,
Though the boat may shift and toss about,
You will be my strength, I will have no fear; I’m in your care.

Just look upon the moonlight on the water
It jumps and shimmers like a diamond’s fire;
Elusive as it skips across the surface,
We bask in her soft and steady glow

To be surrounded by such beauty,
Enfolded in the sweet embrace of peace
To hear the ancient music of the ocean, our Mother,
As the sea rocks us to sleep

All is right with my world, I am safe in Your care
I’m enfolded in love, I reach out, You are there

Footprints
Words and Music Leddy Hammock and Sue K Riley

When I was just a little girl, out walking in the snow
Following my mother, on an errand long ago
The air was cold, the snow was deep
I struggled not to fall
My mother could not carry me because her arms were full
So with her voice of love she said to me

Just walk in my footprints
Walk in my footprints
Stay right behind me and I will lead the way
I know you are frightened, but I will keep you safe
And you shall know no harm
Just walk in my footprints

Just thinking of the many things
I learned at mother’s knee
How to cook, and how to sew, and my identity
She taught me truth so wonderful, in its’ simplicity
And molded me with quiet strength to stand on my own feet
As with her voice of love she said to me

Just walk in my footprints
Walk in my footprints
Stay right behind me, and I will lead the way
I know you are frightened, but I will keep you safe
And you shall know no harm
Just walk in my footprints

Yes I’m the fruits of labor from a carefully tended garden
Her loving hands have gently sheltered me
Though while I was small, she held me close within her shadow
Yet as i grew, she knew to set me free

Now where did all the years go,
There’s silver in her hair
Though time has held her gently, her body seems quite frail
And sometimes she is lonely and needs some comforting
But the sapling she has nutured, has grown into a tree
And with a voice of love I say to her

Just walk in my footprints
Walk in my footprints
Stay right behind me and I will lead the way
I know you are frightened, but I will keep you safe
And you shall know no harm
Just walk in my footprints,
Walk in my footprints, Walk in my footprints
Walk in my footprints, Walk in my footprints
You shall know no harm

Haunting
Words and Music by Leddy Hammock and Sue K Riley

I will be haunting your house when I’m gone
I didn’t really want to go
For thoughts are things which have a life of their own,
And when we go they hang around, they hang around

My thoughts will touch your tables, play your toys,
Guard your sleep whenever you’re in bed
Watch with love as day begins,
Then press the pillow where you’ve laid your head, where you’ve laid your head

I will be haunting your house when I’m gone
I didn’t really want to go
For thoughts are things which have a life of their own,
And when we go they hang around, they hang around

My thoughts will linger in the corners of your halls
‘Til footfalls say you’re safely home
My thoughts will rest in peace with you, you will see
They’re filled with love and harmony, harmony

I will be haunting your house when I’m gone
I didn’t really want to go
For thoughts are things which have a life of their own,
And when we go they hang around, they hang around

House Built on Love
Words and Music by Sue K Riley

This is a place of great power. We are all children of God
We find great strength, as a people of prayer
This is a house built on love
This is a place filled with peace. This is a sacred space
We join our voices in glorious harmony,
This is a house built on love

Put aside your heavy burdens, be at peace and enter in
Hear the quiet voice of spirit,
Feel the steady strength of friends
Feeling as you were on a journey,
And at long last, you are home
Where your memories surround you,
And you’ll never be alone

This is a place of great power. We are all children of God
We find great strength as a people of prayer
This is a house built on love
This is a place filled with peace. This is a sacred space
We join our voices in glorious harmony
This is a house built on love

Open up your hearts to spirit, let your miracles occur
Never underestimate the power of the spoken word
Just conceive it to receive it, god has promised this to you
There is good that’s waiting for you,
If you only make the room

This is a place of great power. We are all children of God
We find great strength as a people of prayer
This is a house built on love
This is a place filled with peace. This is a sacred space
We join our voices in glorious harmony
This is a house built on love
This is a house built on love

Miracle for Breakfast
Words by Leddy Hammock, Music by Sue K Riley

All the night long, I had worked at prayer;
Still no answers would come to me
I tried so hard in the darkness there,
Casting my nets on an empty sea
The labor was hard and the night was long,
Yet I had nothing to show
I wondered what I was doing wrong;
For the life of me I just didn’t know

I needed a miracle for breakfast,
So I would go hungry no more
I’d sailed in circles the whole night long,
I needed to rest on the shore, I needed to rest on the shore

My dreams were as dry as an empty cup
All the sunlight had gone from me
Just when I thought I would have to give up,
A miracle started to dawn on me
“Turn to the right and then cast your net,”
I heard a voice calling so clear
Oh, the Lord made my breakfast, the table was set,
Right in the midst of my doubt and my fear

I needed a miracle for breakfast,
So I would go hungry no more
I’d sailed in circles the whole night long,
I needed to rest on the shore, I needed to rest on the shore

Now my cup runneth over, my good is in sight,
My nets full of wishes-come-true
It’s a wonder what one little turn to the right,
When you follow your leading, can do for you!
I stepped out on faith, and I dove right on in--
Oh, the food of the Spirit is fine!
And the voice of the Lord gently calls me to Him,
The soul’s satisfaction is simple divine!

I needed a miracle for breakfast,
So I would go hungry no more
I’d sailed in circles the whole night long,
I needed to rest on the shore, I needed to rest on the shore

My Soul's Journey
Words and Music by Sue K Riley

Now I thank you for the lessons learned
Although at times my path seemed steep and hard
Yet I kept aiming for my highest good
And so my soul will journey on

With each breath I feel your life in me
The gentle flicker of eternity
I am enfolded in prosperity
And so my soul will journey on

And when I gaze behind
At all whose roads have merged with mine
Pray one will say that I, I have made a difference in their lives
May I be lifted up, and may I know that we are one
Encompass me and hold me in your light

May I find honor in the life that I lead
Let my heart fill with tranquility
My steps grow firmer and ever more sure
And so my soul will journey on

And when I gaze behind
At all whose roads have merged with mine
Pray one will say that I, I have made a difference in their lives
May I be lifted up, and may I know that we are one
Encompass me and hold me in your light

May I find honor in the life that I lead
Let my heart fill with tranquility
My steps grow firmer and ever more sure
And so my soul will journey on

My soul will journey, my soul will journey
And so my soul will journey on

My soul will journey, my soul will journey
And so my soul will journey on

Sister of My Heart
Words and Music by Sue K Riley

When I look at you, my dearest one, so beautiful and wise
I see the tightly woven fabric of our lives
I remember us as children, tiny souls so wild and free
Though the child now peers through middle aged eyes
Time can not diminish our bonds
Though the years drift by like footprints in the sand
There are things we know, without a spoken word
Oh sister of my heart, we’re bound by love

What I wish for you, Oh gentle one, intuitive and kind
May your days be filled with laughter, peace, and love
My starlight bathe your path, a light as soft as kittens fur
When I look at you, I see the best in me
Whatever touches you, touches me
Your every success, my victory
I wish you courage to follow your dreams
Oh sister of my soul, we’re bound by love

Remembering the innocence of childhood
Spinning ‘round in grandma’s flowing gowns
At a time when you believed you could do everything
In a castle made of willows, with a ceiling made of clouds

So I think of you, my sister, dear companion of my life
And I wish that I could shield you from all pain
And though we both have grown, and changed in oh so many ways
To me, you will forever be the same
Quick to laugh, and never one to judge
And always one to see the other side
Enriching every life that you touch
Oh sister of my mind we’re bound by love
Oh sister, of my heart, we’re bound by love

Unity and You
Words and Music by Leddy Hammock and Sue K Riley

You are one with an Infinite Unity-
A Unity of all that is good and is true
You are one with unlimited possibility-
A wonderful Unity in you

Spirit, soul, and body dwell as one,
And all the mysteries anyone ever knew,
And all the signs and wonders ever done
Are part of the Unity that is you!

One Presence, one Power,
One life, and one God, over and through it all

One Truth, forever shining bright!
This is the message of the hour
Through all religion and throughout all time
This Unity runs like a River of Light!

One Presence, one Power,
One life, and one God, over and through it all

You are one with all in an Infinite Unity,
As you behold the Self of others, too
Then, on earth, the heaven that’s meant to be
Expresses as Unity and you!
This Unity runs like a River of Light!

You Will Be There
Words and Music by Sue K Riley

Have you ever really noticed, that no matter where you go
And despite the things you try to leave behind
That when you finally get there, and you pause to analyze,
Well, the only thing worth changing is your mind

Everywhere that you go, you take yourself with you
Nowhere you can run that you won’t find
To change your life, just change your mind
To hold your ground you have to fly
‘Cause everywhere you go, you will be there

So do you think tomorrow will be better than today,
If nothing matters but what still could be
And things which happened to you caused your life to be this way
So the only thing that’s changing is the time

‘Cause everywhere that you go, you take yourself with you
Nowhere you can run that you won’t find
To change your life, just change your mind
To hold your ground, you have to fly
‘Cause everywhere you go you will be there

Were there things you dreamed of when your heart was young and free
That you’ve buried in the grind of day to day
Let’s break the chains and let them soar
Become a dreamer yet once more
The only thing that’s changing is your way

‘Cause everywhere that you go, you take your self with you
There’s nowhere you can run that you won’t find
To change your life, just change your mind
To hold your ground you have to fly
‘Cause everywhere you go, you will be there
